Conditions and registration process for merchants using Magento Commerce
The commission is only valid for online merchants offering their goods through their online shop using the shopsystem software Magento Commerce. Please download the contribution available via Magento Connect first and then complete the registration!
After the registration is completed and confirmed by ClickandBuy, you can offer your customers the payment via the ClickandBuy system. Please click on "ClickandBuy-registration" below.
ClickandBuy will check your data immediately and will release your account for the reception of payments, such as direct debit, bank transfer, credit cards, directly. You automatically receive a merchant account, including a username and password. With these data you can log in to your personal service area at http://www.clickandbuy.com and change and review your settings and revenues.
The commission fee for payments by customers via ClickandBuy for the merchant:
- No registration fee, no monthly fee, no fixed costs!!!
- EU: 1.9% + 0.35 EUR per transaction
- UK: 1.9% + 0.35 GBP per transaction
- US: 1.9% + 0.35 USD per transaction
Right after the registration you will get the account information which is needed to configure the ClickandBuy payment module in the Magento backend.
ClickandBuy shall charge a fixed € 6 processing fee for each End User order cancellation received and processed by the ClickandBuy Call Center. Where ClickandBuy has taken such reasonable measures as ClickandBuy regard as appropriate to retrieve Sales Revenue from an End User and ClickandBuy have been unable to retrieve the Sales Revenue, this will result in the deregistration of the End User for which the Merchant will be charged a fee of € 6 to cover in part the administrative costs incurred by ClickandBuy in performing its debt collection process. In order to cover its service, support, registration and call centre costs, ClickandBuy shall charge the Merchant per each of their purchasing End User € 0,05 per annum. All prices stated are net prices plus VAT.
