Tasks
- Various administrative, organizational and commercial activities
- Planning and monitoring of appointments such as customer meetings
- Processing mail and e-mails
- Making bank transfers and monitoring incoming payments
- Invoicing
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Administration of the telephone switchboard
- Supporting the management in organizational and operational activities
- Independent responsibility for office management activities to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Document management and filing
- Special tasks/projects
Profile
- Successfully completed business management training, e.g. office management assistant or similar qualification
- At least 2 years of secretarial/office experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- A forward-looking, goal-oriented and structured way of working
- Independence, reliability, flexibility and a sense of responsibility combined with an engaging and friendly appearance
- Strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in the use of MS-Office and SAP
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
