Tasks

Support of our sales & consulting team in all pre-sales activities through technical consulting regarding architecture, technology and solutions for innovative digital projects with Magento and Progressive Web Apps (PWA, especially Vue Storefront and Venia)
Implementation of requirements analysis to determine the project’s scope, possible solutions and cost estimates
Support of our project team during the onboarding process as well as support through technical concepts and reviews
Customer Workshops at the beginning of a project as well as during the discovery phase
Feasibility analysis of customer requirements and evaluation of appropriate technical solutions
Assistance in planning and coordinating sales and marketing activities
Participation as an exhibitor or visitor at trade fairs and events in Germany and abroad
Content creation for keynote presentations, blog posts and lectures

Profile

Long-time experience in sales, technical consulting, project management or as a solution architect for e-commerce applications (ideally Magento)
Very good knowledge of web technologies and future topics, especially for e-commerce
Successful evaluation of customer requirements, identification of business problems and presentation of proposed solutions
Passion for e-commerce
Very good overview regarding relevant e-commerce platforms
Basic knowledge regarding development processes as well as high problem-solving competence and personal initiative
Communication strength and confident appearance
Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
Perfect usage of macOS, Keynote, Microsoft Office and SAP Business One
