Regulations and precautionary measures at PHOENIX MEDIA in times of Corona

The global spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2) comes up with a lot of challenges for all of us. We have taken appropriate regulations and protective measures across all PHOENIX MEDIA offices to maintain the level of service and support required for a stable operation and further development of your Magento platform.

Home Office

In order to protect our employees and help keeping the corona pandemic at bay, we have moved to a flexible work regulation for the time being. In our specific case, this means that all our employees have been working from home starting last week. As we have already introduced systems and processes in recent years that allow our employees to work on your projects remotely just as productively and efficiently as in our offices in Stuttgart, Berlin, Vienna and Barcelona, we are all set for this situation. Therefore, you won’t notice this change in your daily business.

Meetings and Business Trips

Without any exception, we have suspended all face-to-face meetings and business trips of our employees and replaced them with online meetings. For already planned face-to-face meetings, your contact at PHOENIX MEDIA will get in touch with you to coordinate.

Looking ahead, there is no mistaking the challenge of this moment. We also don’t know with certainty when the greatest risk will be behind us.

However, we all at PHOENIX MEDIA would like to assure you that we appreciate your trust and are 100% committed to offering you the usual high level of service and support – now and in the future.
