One of our success stories resulted from our collaboration with the MTH Retail Group. With 780 branch stores in Austria, Switzerland and Germany it is the leading supplier for office, school and leisure products and counts the Austrian brands Libro and PAGRO Diskont among its most successful retail chains. The jointly pursued e-commerce strategy included the perfect interaction of online and offline channels in order to give customers an all-round pleasant shopping experience thanks to a high level of flexibility during the purchase process.
Making project successes more tangible with a video case study
In order to make the story tangible for others, we created a video case study, with which we want to better demonstrate the added value for the customer thanks to corresponding services as well as tailored technologies and features. The video is intended to show what initial requirements were demanded for the project, how the implementation actually took place, which technologies were used and what expertise was required in order to be able to precisely meet the objectives on the customer side.
blubb.media, an experienced partner in the field of film production, accompanied us with its own film team to Guntramsdorf, Austria, to the headquarter of the MTH Retail Group. With a motivated and experienced team consisting of a producer, sound engineer and a cameraman, the first take took place in the company’s headquarter. During our interview with CTO Ing. Ferdinand Karner, the individual project steps were explained and challenges, procedures and joint successes were highlighted. Above all, the visits to the nearby stores of the MTH brands Libro and PAGRO Diskont showed how the products are placed on all channels and prepared accordingly for the target group. The option of Click & Collect – ordering products online and picking them up in the store – could also be authentically reproduced.
Shooting day at the PHOENIX MEDIA headquarter in Stuttgart
With a lot of video material in our pockets, we returned to Stuttgart, where the film production continued at our headquarter. Since we have been working with blubb.media for several years now, our protagonists were already used to the camera. However, every film production is naturally an exciting situation but at the same time a thrilling experience with always a lot of fun on the set.
Marc Schürmann (Director Sales & Operations) and Björn Kraus (CTO) gave exciting insights into the project work, challenges and the convincing results of the cooperation.
The final result: A video with exciting insights, but also great memories of a successfully completed project and two unforgettable days in front of the camera and behind the scenes. And let's be honest: Audiovisual content is convincing in a completely different way.
